Payment, Delivery & Returns

Important Note

We are still operating during the current situation but our capacity to create certain items has been reduced due to the restrictions in place to ensure the safety of our customers and production staff.  Please note that delivery of the items will possibly be delayed as all couriers are experiencing staff shortages, we will only use standard 2nd Class post at the moment as Royal Mail are prioritising tracked items for essential items and test kits.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.  All overseas orders have been suspended for the time being.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods:

  • PayPal Fast Checkout

Please be aware that if eCheque is used to purchase items there will be a delay in despatch of your order until the cheque has cleared.

Financial details are not stored on our site.

We do not have an express delivery facility on this site at the moment, if you would like your order delivered earlier please give us a call and we can arrange for an express delivery.  There will be a charge for express delivery.  Please Note - on personalised items the handling time for making the items still applies and express delivery only comes into force on the despatch of the item

Delivery Times

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. 

Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 5 working days (UK only) of despatch of your order.  Outside of the UK delivery can take up to 10 working days from the day of despatch

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges. 

The majority of our products are despatched by Royal Mail. If you have not received your items, please check with your local sorting office (or neighbour in case of parcel being left with them) even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you before contacting us.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days (UK only) from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item. 

Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:- 
(a) fire; 
(b) severe weather conditions; 
(c) industrial dispute; 
(d) strike or labour disputes

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds 

Non-Personalised Items

Cancellation of your order - your order can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch, please notify us by e-mail using the 'contact us' form, if the item has already been despatched please return it to us unopened using the address shown at the bottom of this page.

Returns will be accepted for any reason up to 30 days from the date you received the item, please return to the address shown at the bottom of this page. 

In the case of 'Change of mind' or 'No longer requiring the item' the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.  Refunds will be made on receipt of the item here.

In the case of a possible breakage during transport please send us a photo of the damage and a replacement will be sent out to you (stock levels permitting) or if you prefer, a refund will be given.  Please note that damage must be reported to us within 14 days or receipt.

Personalised Items

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and the EU CRD personalised items are non-returnable.  If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost or, if you prefer, a refund will be given on return of the item to us, please notify us of the fault within 14 days of receipt by sending us a photograph of the problem.  If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement, refunds will not be given for 'change of mind'.  Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
