This cute personalised Bone China mug is a must have for all Fairy Princesses!

The front of the mug can be personalised with a name of up to 12 characters and you can have a message on the back over 4 lines with up to 20 characters per line. For best results please do not use all capitals in your personalisation as it will be difficult to read on the finished mug, also please do not use special characters as this may impair the quality of the personalisation.

Hand wash only, the mug is not Dishwasher or Microwave safe.

The mug will be supplied in a silver folding gift box.

Returns/Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and the EU CRD personalised items are non-returnable. If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
