Personalise with 2 lines of text up to 15 characters per line. Line 1 will appear in UPPERCASE. Line 2 will appear as entered and is case sensitive.

Please refrain from using BLOCK CAPITALS on line 2 and special characters as this may impair the quality of the personalisation.

Our makeup bags feature a main compartment and two separate compartments inside all of which are secured with a Velcro close, the main body of the bag is a woven polyester.

Returns/Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and the EU CRD personalised items are non-returnable. If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
