You can personalise this tankard with a name up to 12 characters long, which will appear at the top in UPPERCASE.

The words "You Are Amazing WONDERFUL Superb GENIUS EXCELLENT" are fixed text. You can then add a line of text at the bottom up to 20 characters long. The personalisation on the bottom line is case sensitive and will appear as entered.

Returns/Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) personalised items are non-returnable. If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
