The bauble, with it's cute Tatty Teddy design, can be personalised on the front with names or a message up to 25 characters which will appear in capitals and the year, and have your own special message over 4 lines with up to 25 characters on each line on the back. For best results please do not use all capitals in your message on the back as it will be very difficult to read on the finished bauble.

Returns/Refunds

If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
