The ceramic mug will be personalised for you with a short message (20 characters) and a name (12 characters) on the front and a 4 line message on the back with up to 25 characters per line. For best results please do not request all capitals in line 1 on the front as it will be difficult to read on the finished mug.

Returns/Refunds

If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
