Personalise the mug with 3 lines of text on the front, Line 1 - 20 characters, Line 2 & 3 - 12 characters per line, on the back you can put another little message over 4 lines with up to 20 characters per line. For best results please do not use all capitals in your personalisation on Lines 1 & 3 on the front and all 4 lines on the back because it will be very difficult to read.

Hand washing is recommended.

Returns/Refunds

If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
