Woolly Hats Mug Set

These gorgeous ceramic mugs are just the thing for a cold day!

Each mug can be personalised with a name or title on the front inside the hats up to 10 characters each, on the reverse you can have a 5 line message, up to 15 characters per line, the same message will be put onto both mugs, please note that spaces and punctuation count as characters.

For best results please do not use all capitals in the names as it will be very difficult to read on the finished article.

Hand washing is recommended.

Returns/Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) personalised items are non-returnable. If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
