The wrapper will be personalised for you on the front with the title or name of the person the bar is for up to 15 characters and the name/s of who it is over 2 lines with up to 15 characters per line, you can also have a further message on the back over 2 lines with up to 25 characters per line. The wording 'Is' , 'Beautiful, Amazing, Wonderful, Kind, Superstar, The Bestest Ever, Lovely' and 'Loved Lots By' and the red heart after the names at the bottom is a fixed part of the design.

Returns/Refunds

If a mistake has been made on our part in the personalisation of an item, or the item is not fit for purpose, a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. If a mistake has been made by you in the personalisation message then you will be charged for a replacement. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
